The ZCX Series Cross Flow Evaporative Condenser from HACST Cooling is a high-performance industrial condenser designed for ammonia refrigeration and Freon cooling systems. With a cross-flow air pattern and a closed-loop coil structure, it delivers excellent heat exchange efficiency and stable operation under high ambient temperatures. This evaporative cooling system combines the functions of a condenser and cooling tower, helping users save both energy and installation space.
The hot refrigerant gas enters the top of the condenser coil and exchanges heat with the circulating spray water and ambient air. As part of the water evaporates, it absorbs heat from the refrigerant gas, condensing it into a liquid state. The remaining water is collected in the basin and recirculated through the spray system. This cross flow evaporative condenser achieves high thermal performance with reduced energy and water consumption.
