HACST closed-circuit (closed-loop) cooling towers keep the process fluid sealed inside the heat-exchange coil for clean, reliable cooling — available in cross-flow, combined-flow and counter-flow configurations for industrial and HVAC applications. Select a model below for full details.
Closed-Loop Cooling Applications
A closed circuit cooling tower is useful when the process fluid needs to remain clean and isolated from the outside air. The fluid flows inside the coil while spray water and air remove heat from the coil surface, reducing contamination risk in the circulating loop. This makes closed-loop towers suitable for HVAC systems, industrial equipment cooling, induction furnaces, compressors, process water loops and other applications where water quality matters.
HACST offers cross-flow, combined-flow and counter-flow closed circuit cooling tower designs so buyers can match cooling performance with site layout, access space, noise expectations and maintenance preferences. During selection, key inputs include heat load, inlet and outlet temperatures, wet-bulb temperature, fluid type, coil material and installation environment. A correctly selected closed circuit tower can reduce fouling in the process loop and simplify long-term system maintenance.
